Description
  The heat pipe solar collector  is composed of heat tubes, metal absorber plate, glass tube, metal cover,  spring support and water absorbent. The heat tubes include evaporator section and condenser section. The  condenser ends is 24mm,  heat exchange efficiency of the JMC series solar hot  water collector is higher than that of the JHC series, but the cost is relatively high. 
Application
  The heat pipe solar  collector is applicable to power generation, drying, heating, waste heat  recycling and sea water desalination. It can supply domestic hot water and satisfy  the requirements of hot water supply for the industrial equipment. The solar hot water  collector has the advantages of energy  conservation, environmental protection and strong applicability. It generates  heat relying on the sunlight or electric heating.

Operation and Notes
  1.The  distance between rows should comply with the design  requirements and avoid blocking.
  2.The installation angle and position should accord with  the design requirements, the heat pipe solar collector should be fixed with the main building structure or collector bracket to prevent  slippage, and collector stand should be temporarily  fixed. 
  3.After the solar hot  water collector is completely installed, you should achieve leak test.
  4.The heat pipe solar collector should not be insolated for a long time,  otherwise the lifespan will be shortened. 
  5.Please  regularly check whether  the vacuum tubes have coating and damage or not. If any, please  replace without delay.
