Description
U pipe evacuated tube solar collector consists of U-shape water pipe, aluminum fin,  vacuum tube and collector frame. This equipment has the advantages of good hot  and cold water circulation as well as high heat transfer efficiency. Separated from water tank, this solar collector is used for  the split solar water heaters.
  U pipe is equipped with heat transfer working  medium in the, and can directly absorb the heat by aluminum fin to realize  circulating heat exchange. If the evacuated tube is broken, this solar  collector can still operate as usual due to no water inside the tube.
  U pipe evacuated tube solar collectors can be  installed in parallel or in series. The working pressure of the system reach to  6 kg f/㎡. The  collector tubes can be placed at any direction. After installation of the  control device, the hot water system can achieve automatic operation.
Working Principle of U Type Solar Collector 
  The vacuum tubes absorb solar energy, and the  heat energy is transferred to U pipe by an aluminum fine. The water under the  effect of the circulating pump enters into the inlet pipe, and then goes into  the outlet through U-shape tube, thereby taking the heat of the solar collector  and depositing in the heat storage tank.

Selection Note
  1.We provide different  roofing connectors for our clients to install their solar collectors on either  flat roof or pitched roof.
  2.Please ensure there  is enough space to set up our evacuated tube collector. 
  3.The header frame and  the U tubes are one, with large volume, there is need to use the crane when  installing this U  pipe evacuated tube solar collector. 
Operation and Notes
  1.The installation angle and position should comply with  the design requirements. 
  2.The solar collector should be fixed with the main building structure or collector bracket to prevent  slippage. 
  3.Leak test should be  carried out when it is completely connected.
  4.The U pipe evacuated tube solar  collector should avoid air drying or exposure for a long time, which will affect the  life span. 
  5.Please  periodically check the pressure of the circulating fluid, if  the pressure decreases obviously, check the piping and filling. 
  6.If  the coating is shedding or the vacuum tube is broken, please replace timely. 
Packaging and Transportation
  1.The samples can be  packaged in wooden case and cartons.
  2.The U pipe evacuated tube solar  collector is packed in carton or carton packing with palletizing. 
  3.Transport by sea.
