Description
  The metal heat pipe  solar collector is the most efficient one among the heat pipe solar thermal  collectors. The heat tubes adopt fully enclosed structure and are made of  high-quality red copper. Due to the vacuum effect, as long as the temperature  of the evaporation section is higher than that of the condensation section  (even higher than the freezing temperature), the working fluid will quickly  gasify and start up to the condensation section where the heat will be  released. This metal heat pipe solar collector possesses superior heat transfer  efficiency and unidirectional heat conducting property.

Operation and Notes
  1.The distance  between the rows should comply with the design requirements, so as to avoid blocking. 
  2.The solar thermal collector should be firmly fixed with the main building  structure or collector support. 
  3.The metal heat pipe  solar collector should avoid air drying or exposure for a long time, which will  have an influence on the working life. 
  4.Please  periodically check the pressure of the circulating fluid 
  5.The metal pipes  should do heat preservation treatment.
  6.Please  regularly check the vacuum tube to see if there is any breakage. The damaged  part should be replaced in time. 
Packaging and Transportation
  1.The samples can be  packaged in wooden case and cartons.
  2.The solar thermal  collector is packed  in cartons or carton packing with palletizing. 
  3.Transport by sea.
